MODCO LINE 太阳能面板组装线

采用输送带和模组传送方式，在运转过程中进行太阳能面板的边角切除以及框架安装，然后翻转安装测试电合，进行通电测试。

瑞士达手机屏幕自动清洁机构

采用模组传送方式，在运转过程中通过伺服电机与气缸的配合，将清洁布贴压至屏幕上，通过模组的移动将屏幕上得灰尘清洗擦拭干净，单面清洗完毕翻转气缸配合模组将屏幕翻转至背面，第二套模组回移用同样的方式讲屏幕背面擦拭干净。

友达光电太阳能面板框架安装机构

吸盘机构在前端输送带接到太阳能面板移至中间位置，通过滚轮配合旋转机构将胶条压合到玻璃边缘，刷上肥皂水装入框架，Z轴下降至压紧平台，气缸将框架压紧，Z轴上升至螺丝安装高度，将螺丝锁紧。

链条式存储机构

太阳能面板经过通电测试后会有高温产生，为避免在运输过程中烫伤员工。因此太阳能面板需储存一段时间冷却后继续进入工作线，本设计采用链条式传动配合电机将太阳能面板从输送带往上提，当第一储存格存满后上方伺服模组配合吸盘将面板移至第二储存格，第二储存格依次下降，直至贴合至输送带，输送带将面板送回工作线。

汽车座椅皮套安装机

将皮套放置尼龙坐垫上，机架定位孔放入插销位置，上方大气缸将机架往下压，皮套顺着尼龙滚轮往上套，在上升过程中打入扣件，皮套安装完毕气缸退出，员工将安装好皮套的座椅取下。

汽车座椅靠背夹具

靠背机架放入治具气缸打开将靠背机架夹紧，员工进行配件安装，左侧有手动气阀控制，通过气缸控制齿轮齿条的咬合来调整靠背机架翻转的角度便于安装。

汽车头枕抽真空

将未安装皮套的头枕插入定位孔，用防风牛津布将头枕包覆，开启抽真空，大功率真空发生器将带有发泡的头枕吸扁，将皮套套入，关闭真空，气缸将将牛津布抽出。
